Who is responsible
Jay Say, an SEO specialist based in the Philippines, is responsible for the personal information collected on this website. You can reach Jay through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
When you send a message or request a free SEO check, we collect your name, email address, your website address if you give it, and your message. To block spam, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address is used for up to one hour. We do not use tracking cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to review your website and reply to your request. We do not sell or share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who can see it
Only Jay. Messages are delivered to Jay by email through an email delivery service (Resend), which processes them only to deliver them. Where the website keeps a copy, it is in a private admin area that only Jay can open.
How long we keep it
Messages are deleted 12 months after they are received.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Send your request through the contact form on this site (choose "Something else") and Jay will respond within 15 days.
