Summary: A multi-location urgent care brand in Texas earns 4,400+ organic visits a month, worth an estimated $9,500 in equivalent ad spend, from 520+ ranking keywords. Total site visitors grew by about 1,100 (~19%) in the latest period, and technical health holds at 97/100 (Ahrefs, October 2026).
What was the challenge?
Urgent care is a high-intent, local and highly competitive search category. Patients search for phrases like “urgent care near me” when they need help today, and each clinic location has to rank in its own neighborhood. Healthcare is also a YMYL (“your money or your life”) topic, so Google expects strong trust signals: accurate medical information, clear ownership and consistent location data.
What did I do?
- Local SEO for every location: Google Business Profile optimization, consistent citations and a dedicated, locally relevant page for each clinic.
- Service and location page optimization: titles, headings and copy matched to how patients actually search for each service and area.
- E-E-A-T and medical schema: clear provider and organization information, plus structured data that describes each clinic and its services.
- Monthly technical audits: crawl checks across roughly 1,000 URLs to keep redirects, broken links and indexing clean.
- Link building: 165 new referring domains in the period from relevant local and health-related sites.
- Monthly reporting: traffic, rankings and next steps in plain language.

It is the highest-value site in my current portfolio by estimated organic traffic value.
What can other local businesses learn from this?
For multi-location businesses, every location needs its own complete local presence, and trust signals matter as much as keywords.
